  • My acquaintance with a woodcock happened more than 10 years ago, then my mother-in-law cooked soup with it. I don't remember the taste of the soup, but it was already impossible to eat the meat. Since then, I annually (if I'm lucky, of course) scoff and try to cook this game. I tried to fry and simmer and simmer. It turned out with varying degrees of success, but I never received complete satisfaction ... until today. Su-vid worked a miracle, the meat turned out to be tender, and only the breast - foie gras are resting!)))))
