Risotto with Black Rice Shrimp South Night

Ingredients

Black rice 150 g
Dry white wine 125 ml
Bulb onions 1 PC
Boiling water 500 ml
Peeled shrimps 160 g
Salt pepper taste
Olive oil for frying

Cooking method

  • Peel the onion, chop finely and fry until soft in well-heated olive oil. It is better to use thick-walled dishes, I have a cast-iron wok.
  • Rinse the rice, let the water drain. Put the rice in the onion, stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Pour in the wine and let it evaporate completely.
  • Pour boiling water, cover, reduce heat and cook until rice is cooked - 30 minutes.
  • Finely chop the shrimp, leave a few pieces for decoration.
  • Add chopped shrimps to the finished rice, mix, season to taste and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Then remove the dishes from heat and let it brew for 5-10 minutes.
  • Quickly fry the set aside shrimps in olive oil, decorate the portioned plates.
  • I want to immediately apologize to the Italians for the absence of king prawns and fish broth, as well as for Chinese dishes and Russian rice. As for the rest, it turned out to be simply unbecoming tasty !!!!
