Antonovka
Manna,
I cooked it now for a test at 3060 on the Omelet, but at 120 degrees instead of the usual 100. It was not fried, but cooked faster)) I think it can now cook on the Manual, it probably looks more like a Multipovar. What do you think, Mannochka?
Manna
Lenochka, it seems to me that the "omelet" and "manual" temperature do not differ. But you try it on Manual ... what if. Didn't you have too much water? Maybe it was not fried, that the frying started late, and simply did not have time. In general, if you need a straight fry, then you can try 130 ° C. True, I have never tried that. But after all, it is this temperature in touch modes, and we cook pasta in touch mode.
Antonovka
Manna,
I could not stand it - I put the second portion on the Manual, by the sound - it boils more. True, the experiment is not entirely clean - now other pasta is being cooked (the first ones are over), but there are just a few of them left - tomorrow I will try them on Omelet too. I don't seem to be pouring much water - the tips stick out. In the first case, I did not write quite correctly - they were prepared in the same 20 minutes, but they look somehow drier than at 100 degrees. At 130, then I'll try - my son loves fried (they turned out great in Panasonic), just buy pasta
Antonovka
Manna,
The experiment was not successful - after all, the pasta should be the same. It turned out to be a wetter version, and after the end of cooking in the saucepan, nothing grumbled. So I don't even know straight

I'll go and see what kind of a slow cooker you have so magical, Mannyun, you just cook and cook in your Philips. Can I want her too? ...
NataliARH
I didn't know such a method .... hmm ... try!

The experiment failed - after all, the pasta must be the same
Yes, of course, in order to compare, all the ingredients must be exactly the same. Yes, you can try 130 ° C. There will be a more ruddy crust.

Can I want her too?
Well, I don’t know. I'm still torturing her in different modes. So far, the impressions are positive. Unless one regime confuses me. It seems to me that in my copy, it does not work correctly (it is buggy in general) - it is "Eggs / Paste".

An interesting recipe, I'll try
Manna
Thank you, Cooking classI hope everything turns out exactly the way you like

Manna, Mannochka, about how much water should there be? AND..does it mean to pour boiling water over macaros?
Manna
Vikul, I use cold water. And in terms of volume ... it depends on pasta ... somewhere between 1: 1.5 - 1: 2. If the pasta is very long-cooked from very hard wheat, whole grains, then a little more water will be needed.
Mirabel
Manna, All is clear, thank you!
I just can't get used to cooking pasta in a slow cooker, I'll try this method.
Manna
You can select different modes. The point is that at 100 ° С and 20 minutes, the average pasta becomes boiled, and at 120 ° С, for the same 20 minutes, it becomes slightly fried. In both versions, it would be good to stir the pasta once. This is how I cook pasta in all my slow cookers (only it didn't work with Redmond 01, there were heroic pasta then)
