Ingredients

safmoment yeast 1.75 tsp
sugar 1 tbsp. l
honey 1 tsp
wholemeal rye flour 250 gr.
wheat flour 250 gr.
egg 1 PC.
dark beer 200 ml.
kefir 100 ml.
vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l
salt 1.5 tsp

Cooking method

  • Put all the ingredients in a baking container in the order indicated in the recipe. Mix two types of flour with each other in advance. Instead of beer, you can use kvass wort (100 g of wort per 100 g of water and stir). Bake in Rye Bread mode. If this is not the case, select a program for baking bread for about 4 hours. Add 5-10 minutes to baked goods to make 1 hour.

The second time it turned out better, climbed higher! Changed the recipe a little: yeast -2 tsp, water to wort - 110 gr.,
kefir - 120 ml., sugar - 1.5 tbsp. l. The height of the bucket inside is 135 mm, the bread has risen almost to the level!
