Ingredients

wheat flour 1 or in / grade 280 gram
wheat flour, c / z 160 grams
corn flour 80 gram

sunflower seeds 50 grams
water 290 gram
dry yeast 5 grams

Cooking method

  • Fry the seeds in a dry frying pan. Let it cool.
  • From all the ingredients, except for oil, salt and seeds, we begin kneading the dough.
  • After 5 minutes add salt, oil and seeds. We continue kneading.
  • The total mixing time is 10 minutes.
  • The dough is soft, not sticky at all.
  • Round off and put on fermentation.
  • Fermentation until the dough doubles from one to one and a half hours. Without hesitation. In 80 minutes.

  • We take out the dough. We release bubbles and shape bread of any shape.
  • Proof in a basket, seam up, for 60-70 minutes.
