Ingredients

Dough
Butter 80 g
Large egg 1 PC
Homemade sour cream 120 g
Sugar 120 g
Salt 1/4 h l
Baking powder 1.5 h l
Flour 300 g
Vanillin
Filling
Raspberry frozen 250 g
Sugar 3 tbsp
Corn starch 3 tbsp
Fill
Egg 2 pcs
Homemade sour cream 3 tbsp
Sugar 3 tbsp
Vanillin

Cooking method

  • Combine butter, sugar, sour cream, salt and egg on low speed. I used a hand mixer. Sift flour with baking powder and vanilla. Add to the first mixture and knead the dough. Grease the form with vegetable oil and distribute the dough so that you get good sides. Place the dough pan in the cold Princess Pizza Oven and bake until lightly browned.
  • Mix raspberries with sugar and starch. I didn't defrost the berry.
  • Remove the dough form from the pizza oven, add the berry mixture.

  • Beat eggs with sugar, vanilla and sour cream, pour over the berry mixture.

  • Put the tart pan back into the oven and bake until golden brown.

  • Allow to cool by removing from the Princesses.

  • The dough is tender, crumbly. In combination with the berry and the filling, it turns out very interesting. Can be baked in the oven.

Note

The recipe for this test was written out a long time ago from some old book for pastry chefs. There was baking powder, I used to use slaked soda, and now I used baking powder. Naturally, recalculated from industrial volumes to domestic ones. Unfortunately, at that time, I was not particularly into baking and did not organize my notes. But in vain ...
