Lazy goulash in cheese sauce in a Panasonic multicooker

Ingredients

beef goulash 1 kg
onion - large turnip 2 pcs
hard cheese 200 g
flour 1 tbsp. l. without slide
vigorous ready-made mustard 1 tbsp. l.
sour cream 15 - 20% 1 grain. glass
salt pinch
ground black pepper 0.5 tsp
allspice 5 peas
carnation 5 buds
dried ground marjoram 0.5 tbsp. l.
water 0.5 grain stack.

Cooking method

  • 1) Place the goulash in the multicooker bowl. Onions - cut the turnip into quarters and mix with the meat. We put the cartoon on the "Quenching" program for 3 hours.
  • At this time, you can calmly go about your business or even sleep!
  • 2) Prepare the sauce 20 minutes before the end of the program:
  • Mix in a separate cup 200 g of hard, (or not very) grated cheese + 1 tbsp. a spoonful of ready-made mustard + 1 tbsp .. a spoonful of flour + 1 grain. a glass of sour cream + a large pinch of salt + 0.5 tsp of ground black pepper + 5 allspice peas + 5 clove buds + 0.5 tbsp. spoons of marjoram. We pour 0.5 grains into this business. glasses of water.
  • Stir finally and add to the slow cooker to the exhausted meat with onions.
  • 3) Mix the sauce again, but this time with meat and onions, and turn on the "Stew" program. We keep the goulash stewed in a multicooker for another 30 minutes and turn off the multicooker.
