Panifarin 5 g

Cooking method

  • The most important thing is to strictly follow the instructions: where it is written in grams - it is necessary to measure on the scales.
  • 1. Pour yeast on the bottom, then mix separately 2 types of flour, dark agram, panifarin, pour yeast on top, then salt, water on top.
  • 2. Cooking on mode 07 (rye).
  • 3. After kneading, open the lid and with wet hands on top make a shape (smooth it), close it and continue to cook.
  • You can not do step 3, I just looked under the lid after kneading and I did not like the shape on top.

And yeast is present here in normal quantities and agram, somewhere they make with sourdough, but agram is the same sourdough, only dry, which is convenient to use at home. Its cost for 250g is only 108 rubles. The recipe that you threw off the link is similar to mine, I just don't have time to make the leaven.
