I started with the classic quick bread recipe from the instructions

CLASSIC FAST

Ingredients
Flour - 250 g
Milk - 125 g
Sugar - 20 g
Salt - 3 g
Vegetable oil - 20 g
Egg - 1 piece
Yeast - 7 g

Pour milk, butter, sugar, salt, egg and flour into a bowl.
Make a depression in the flour and add yeast.
Only add ingredients in the order above.

Then we use the programs Dough kneading and Proving dough
Select program 2 and bake on a light crust
and weighs 1.5 LB (680 g)

Ingredients
1 sheet of puff pastry
6 apples
1 cup sugar + a little sugar for sprinkling
1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup raisins (optional)
1/2 cup ghee for greasing the strudel
If the dough is frozen, let it thaw. Peel the apples, cut the core. Slice the apples about 5 mm thick. Combine sugar and cinnamon, add washed raisins and apples. Leave the mixture to soften for 2 hours. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Sprinkle a sheet of parchment with flour, place on top of it
dough. Roll out the dough to a size of 40 x 45 cm. Brush the dough with melted butter. Drain the apples. Spread the apples on the dough gradually from the short side and wrap the strudel away from you.

Well, and for the final conviction - ribs !!!

Marinade:
4 tablespoons of vegetable oil,
- 2 tablespoons of sugar,
- two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar,
- two onions,
- Bay leaf,
- 4 tablespoons of prepared mustard,
- ground pepper, table salt.

2. Pork ribs, washed and dried with a towel, thoroughly coat with prepared marinade.
3. Add chopped onions and chopped bay leaves into a deep bowl to pork ribs coated with marinade. Marinate from 2 hours

Ribs:
Total weight - 500 g (it is better to take with fat)
Rib thickness - 5 cm
We cook on a baking sheet on the Fry function for 1 hour at a temperature of 200 C (This is in my VES SK-A20 mini-oven), I clarify, because in a gas oven, due to its large volume, even if you set the temperature to 200 C, cooking will be slower.
