Ingredients

Chicken breast 1/2
For pickling:
soy sauce 2 tbsp. l.
olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
Provencal herbs + rosemary + juniper berries taste
salt 1/2 tsp
baking soda 1/2 tsp
balsamic vinegar 1 tsp
For cooking rice:
Round rice (Crimean or Krasnodar) 2 m. St. full with a slide.
Bulb onions 1 head
Carrot 1 piece
Garlic 3 cloves
Spices for pilaf taste
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 0.3 tsp
Water (chicken broth) 2-2.5 m. St.

Cooking method

  • Mine love pilaf. And I hate to cook the same thing. I always want to change something.
  • First, wash the rice. I do this 4 times. And fill it with water.
  • Now the chicken.
  • I began to use for a long time this way of pickling... It allows the meat to avoid weight loss during frying, to acquire softness and juiciness. But even then I changed it a little.
  • Chicken breast consists of two halves. We'll need one of them. Thanks to the specified pickling method, this piece is enough for a pan of rice.
  • Finely cut the breast. We put the multicooker in the pan. Add all the ingredients for pickling except vinegar and soda. We mix. Then sprinkle with baking soda and pour vinegar on top. Then I bend over the pan to hear the pleasant whisper of soda and vinegar. We leave it to marinate.

  • After 30-40 minutes, put the pan in a slow cooker and in the Baking mode without adding anything else, fry until golden brown on one side, and then on the other. Put it on a plate.
