  • Warm kefir (I leave it on the table overnight), mix with yolks, sugar, salt.
  • Add soda, then flour. (I indicate flour approximately, because it is different for everyone, look at the dough)
  • Beat the whites into the foam and carefully add them to the dough.

  • Our dough is ready!
