Ingredients

dry yeast 2 tea. spoons
wheat flour (1 grade) 500 grams
Rye flour 50gram
salt 2 tea. spoons
sugar 1 st. the spoon
honey 1 st. the spoon
olive oil 4 tbsp. spoons
milk 100 ml.
water 200 ml.
rye malt 1 tbsp. the spoon

Cooking method

  • Put all ingredients according to the instructions of the bread machine. Deliver 01 program, main. After 4 hours, a delicious, aromatic bread is ready
