Thanks to its appearance, the boiled egg familiar to everyone will be a wonderful addition to a romantic or family breakfast.
  • This is not even a recipe, but a way to prepare an ordinary egg. Hot boiled eggs are so soft that they can easily change shape. In addition to a raw egg, we need the following fixtures:
  • - a rectangle made of thick cardboard (you can use part of a cut juice or milk box).
  • - a wooden stick for Chinese food or a round pencil.
  • - a pair of pharmaceutical rubber bands.

  • Preparation
  • Cook the egg in boiling water for 10 minutes. It is better to place the egg vertically in such a basket from a small teapot. So the yolk will not shift to the side during cooking.

If some of the eggs lie in the water not for 10 minutes, but for 15 minutes, it's not scary, but it will not be possible to give the desired shape to the cooled egg.
  • Serve egg hearts with canapes, cheese, fresh vegetable salad or cold cuts. And if the eggs are stuffed? Such a dish will become a real decoration of any table. Sure, it will take longer to create stuffed hearts than regular ones, but it's worth it. After the eggs are ready, you need to remove the yolks from the halves, mix with any ingredients to taste and refill the cavities in the whites.
