Ingredients

dried tomatoes 25 g
water 190 g
milk 115 ml
vegetable oil (olive) 30 ml
Wheat flour 425 g
whole grain wheat flour 75 g
Parmesan 50 g
salt 1/2 tsp
Sugar 2 tsp
Dry yeast 7-10 g

Cooking method

  • First, place the dry tomatoes in a cup and cover with a little warm water. Leave on for 15 minutes.
  • We filter the water in which the tomatoes were soaked, add more water to make 190 gr. We use it for making bread.
  • Cut the tomatoes into pieces.
  • Rub the cheese on a fine grater.
  • We put the ingredients in the bread maker, according to the instructions. Everything except the tomatoes, which we add after the beep
