Pork Steak (Loin) at Brand Multi-Bakery

Ingredients

Pork (loin) 2 pieces 1-1.5cm thick
Salt and spices / spices taste

Cooking method

  • I salted the meat, sprinkled it with spices (I have kari masala and rosemary), passed the tender on both sides. Preheated multi-bakeries (321 with grill plates) for approx. 4-5 minutes.
  • I put the meat on a grill plate at 321 and in a pan at 323 (321 I had previously greased with a brush with vegetable oil, I forgot 323).

  • At 321, I closed the lid and cooked for 5 minutes. The top (first photo) turned red better, apparently due to the fact that there was some juice on the bottom plate. The fat was fried well from below, and the meat was simply colored with ruddy juice.

  • In 323rd, I first fried one side with the lid open for 2.5 minutes. Flip over and fry the other side with the lid closed for another 2.5 minutes. The second side was fried more evenly, and I also decided to brown the first side evenly, so I turned it over again and, with the lid closed, fried for another 2 minutes.

  • The meat turned out to be juicy, but in 321 it was harsher than in 323.

Nice meat turned out.

Mannochka, with new devices for you! The meat turned out gorgeous! What a fine fellow you are, you have already discovered so much new technology for the people!
Manna
Thank you, Irish
Well, yes, I immediately said that I want both. It's just that everyone got into the discussion of the 323rd, I'm talking about 321 and didn't even stutter

Check mark, thank you dear!
Miranda
ABOUT! So you both!
I will look forward to different preparations, and then the final comparison report.

Everything looks great

Manna, and you specially in the 323rd did not on the grill form?
I would like to see her at work.

And what did you not put meat on the grill plate, but fried in a frying pan?

Yes, I decided that this would set the meat faster, and the heat on the plate would be worse, since it does not touch the bottom of the pan. I think the grill pan is better for sweet pastries. Well that's it ... my fantasies

ABOUT! I immediately answered two

By the way, maybe that's why the meat is juicier there and it turned out.
I noticed about the BBK grill that it comes out juicier in a frying pan, especially fish.

By the way, here are photos of 321 and 323 after roasting.

Nikada did not do them, but one of these days I will try

I think the same. But still, the meat was at first sealed, albeit on one side, but with the lid open in the 323rd, and in the 321st, it immediately began to steam.

And how will you wash round?
(or is it in the review topic to ask?)
Stafa
Of course, the pan is easier to clean than grill panels, but the panels are removable.

Already washed. Everything is very simple. She poured some water into the pan for a couple of minutes. And everything went away easily. It is lightweight - just hold it sideways and wash it off gently.

I totally agree. That's what I thought when I washed them

Okay, okay)
