Cupcake Semistakannik

Ingredients

flour 1 grain. stack.
sugar 1 grain. stack.
rast oil 1 grain. stack.
eggs 1 grain. stack.
kefir 1 grain. stack.
semolina 1 grain. stack.
carrots, grated on a fine grater 1 grain. stack (tightly packed)
salt pinch
vanillin 1 pack.
soda 0.75 tsp
cinnamon 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • This cupcake has been baked in our family for as long as I can remember.
  • I like it for its simplicity and juiciness. And, also, the fact that the number of ingredients is easy to remember. And, starting the dough on him, you can do without a piece of paper with a record.
  • 1. Turn on the oven in advance at 185 degrees.
  • 2. In a bowl, mix kefir, vegetable oil and eggs and beat thoroughly (at least 5 minutes) with a mixer.
  • 3. Continuing to beat, add sugar.
  • 4. When the mixture is thoroughly mixed, add the grated carrots and continue beating.
  • I recommend rubbing carrots on a "terry" grater (for potato pancakes). Otherwise, when beating the dough with a powerful mixer,
  • carrot fibers begin to wrap around the blades of the corollas and, as a result, scatter around the kitchen.
  • 5. Add semolina without stopping to beat the dough.
  • 6. After semolina, add flour mixed with soda.
  • 7. The last in the dough are a pinch of salt, vanillin and cinnamon.
  • (If you don't like cinnamon, you can do without it.)
  • The dough turns out to be watery, (like pancakes with zucchini).
  • 8. Grease the mold with vegetable oil and pour the dough into it.
  • 9. We put the form in a preheated oven and bake the cake for 50 minutes - 1 hour until a dry speck.
  • (As a rule, this time is enough for the cake to bake. But, it is better to check its readiness after 50 minutes, because everyone has different ovens).
  • 10. Take out the cake pan and cool until warm, and then put the cake on a dish.
  • Our simple but delicious cupcake is ready.

Note

I was baking this cake in my brand new Nordic Rose uniform.
For baking in Nordic, you should adhere to the recommendations indicated by the girls in the topic dedicated to these forms!
(The temperature is less by 10 degrees, the baking time is less by 10 minutes, and also, all corresponding to these forms, manipulations with them.)
Also, for Nordic forms, the rate of ingredients should be reduced visually to the beginning of the "skirt" on a faceted glass!
