Cooking method

  • My ear and leg are thoroughly cleaned.
  • Tightly bandage the pork leg with a bandage or a cloth.
  • We put everything in a pressure cooker bowl, fill it with cold water, add spices.
  • We put on the "Soup" program, increase the time to 40 minutes.
  • When the pressure is released, we transfer it to another dish, leave it to cool completely + 8 hours.
  • Then we finely cut the ear, release the leg from the bandage, cut along
  • Pork ears and bandaged legs (pressure cooker Brand 6051)
  • and carefully take out all the bones, cut.
  • Now all this can be arbitrarily used - you can just eat it, you can lightly fry it, and with any side dish, or you can make a salad - with pickled cucumbers, pickled mushrooms, or, as in my photo - with grated carrot salad with onions.
