Ingredients

chicken breast 1 PC
milk 1 glass
lemon zest 1h the spoon
saffron 2 pinches

Cooking method

Pour milk into a frying pan with butter, in which the meat was fried, add lemon zest, saffron (without it) and bring the sauce to a boil. Pour the boiling sauce over the chicken and place the chicken dish in the oven preheated to 200 degrees. Bake the chicken for 20 minutes. During baking, pour the sauce over the chicken five times.
