Ingredients

Minced meat (any) 500 gr.
Potatoes 500 gr.
Fried / pickled mushrooms 120/300 g
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Hard cheese 120 - 150 gr.
Salt taste
Ground black pepper (in minced meat) taste
For filling
- egg 1 PC
- yogurt (kefir, sour cream or mayonnaise) 3 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • This is a delicious and convenient dish. It is easy and quick to prepare. Despite the small set of ingredients and ease of preparation, casseroles are popular not only at an ordinary family dinner, but also at the festive table.
  • I listed fried mushrooms in the ingredients. The way they are prepared depends on what kind of mushrooms are available. You can fry fresh mushrooms. Or - pre-boiled. Someone will take frozen mushrooms. Some have dry ones in store. In general, the options are different, and the time for cooking fried mushrooms will also vary. Therefore, the cooking time is indicated without this step. Cook in a way that suits you. You can do this in advance. I have forest mushrooms. I prepare them in the fall: I boil them, salt them at the end of cooking, then fry them in vegetable oil and store them in the freezer. I took these mushrooms for this dish.
  • If you love the taste of pickled mushrooms in pizzas and casseroles, then feel free to use pickled mushrooms. You don't need to fry them. Just put the mushrooms on a sieve in advance to remove the liquid and squeeze.
  • We sorted out the mushrooms. And then everything is very simple.
  • Add the finely chopped onion to the minced meat, salt, pepper, mix well. We form a cake with our hands with a diameter of 10 cm and a thickness of about 1 cm.Put at a short distance from each other on a baking sheet covered with baking paper (so that it will be easier to wash it later).
