Puff pastry 3 sheets of 250 gr.
"Wraps" with ham:
Dried ham (Parma) 50 gr.
Parmesan cheese 70 gr.
"Wraps" with mushrooms:
Fresh champignons 4 things.
Cream cheese (Lambert) 50 gr.
Small egg 1 PC.
Garlic 1 clove
"Wraps" with cheese:
Cream cheese (Lambert) + Parmesan 50 gr. + 20 gr.
Small egg 1 PC.
Sliced ​​chives (green) 2 tbsp. l.
Chopped parsley 3 tbsp. l.
Ketchup 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Defrost the finished puff pastry at room temperature for 20-25 minutes.
  • Roll out each dough sheet to a size of 20x25 cm on a surface dusted with flour.
  • "Wraps" with ham:
  • Put the ham on the prepared dough, leaving the dough sheet 1.5 cm free from one edge. Sprinkle with coarsely grated Parmesan on top. Roll up the roll, greasing the free edge with an egg mash (1 egg and 1 tablespoon of cold water - shake with a fork).
  • "Wraps" with mushrooms:
  • Cut the champignons into 1 cm thick slices and fry in a dry frying pan for 1 minute on each side.
  • Break the egg into a bowl. Grate cream cheese and a chive on a fine grater. Mix thoroughly, salt and pepper.
  • Spread the prepared dough sheet with the egg-cheese mixture. Lay out the mushroom plates on top, not reaching the edge of 1.5 cm. Roll up the roll, coat the free edge with an egg chatterbox.
  • "Wraps" with cheese:
  • Grate both types of cheese on a fine grater. Finely chop the parsley and chives. Mix the egg with grated cheese and chopped herbs and ketchup. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Spread the dough sheet with this mixture, leaving 1.5 cm free from the edge. Roll up the roll, smearing the edge with an egg chatter.

  • Wrap the dough rolls in foil and put in the freezer for 30-40 minutes.
  • After this time, take out the frozen rolls and cut them into circles 1.5-2 cm thick. Put on a baking sheet covered with parchment and lightly press down. Brush the blanks with an egg whisk.

  • Bake "wrappers" in the oven preheated to 200 * C for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  • Sprinkle the finished, but still hot "wraps" with finely grated Parmesan cheese.
