Cooking method

  • You won't surprise anyone with stuffed peppers, zucchini and tomatoes, but stuffed cucumber! I myself was very surprised! At first I doubted whether it was worth trying, and decided to take a chance! If everything is clear with the filling, then with the cucumber it was unexpected ... in appearance and taste after baking it became like a pickled cucumber! Better serve with potatoes.
  • For the filling, we cut one onion and fry it together with the chopped bacon, add the mushrooms, cook for 5 minutes, add the minced meat and fry for another 5 minutes, salt and pepper. To pour, cut one onion and sauté with crushed garlic, add tomato paste and bring to a boil, remove from the heat and stir in cream cheese. Cut the cucumbers and clean them from the seeds with a teaspoon, stuff with the filling, distribute the sauce, send them to the oven preheated to 180g for 30 minutes, sprinkle with cheese a few minutes until cooked and let it brown.
