Yes, you can definitely check the temperature, I accidentally noticed that when you press some buttons, the temperature appears, but there is no need, so I did not remember. For extinguishing on a multi-cooker, you can set 70, just for extinguishing. But in my opinion there is no such function as a slow cooker, for this I use a separate piece for $ 30.
