Cooking method

  • We put the bread maker on the setting for white bread, light crust. When the bread maker beeps, add chopped nuts and grated lemon zest.
  • When the bread begins to bake, grease the surface with milk a couple of times.
  • The bread is ready, take out and put on the wire rack to cool.
