Ingredients

Dry yeast 1 tsp
Wheat flour 500 g
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp. the spoon
Seasoning 2 tbsp. spoons
Olive or sunflower oil 5 tbsp. spoons
Water 250 ml

Cooking method

  • My recipe will interest lovers of thin and crispy focaccia. I cook the dough in a Panasonic 2501 bread maker "Pizza" mode.
  • Then on a baking sheet greased with sunflower oil, spread thin (0.5 mm) flat cakes and grease on top with olive oil and sprinkle with "Garlic and Salt" seasoning.
  • Bake at t-160 for 20 minutes (until golden brown)
  • P. C.1 This dough can be prepared without HP, then you need to make a leaven: yeast, salt, sugar, a little flour, warm water - leave for 10-15 minutes. Then knead the dough adding the rest of the ingredients.
  • P. C.2 From this dough, you can make more lush focacci, just do not roll out thinly))
