  • We cut the chicken breasts into pieces of about 1 cm x 1 cm x 2 cm, but this is not important, the main thing is that the pieces are not large, then they will boil well and mix well with the finished noodles.
  • Three carrots on a coarse grater.
  • Cut the onion in your favorite way (rings, half rings, straws, squares - as your heart desires).

  • We put onions, carrots, chicken, oil, water, salt, spices in the multicooker bowl, in general, everything except funchose and fill with water. Mix thoroughly, you get such a seductive mixture:

  • We close the lid, turn on the extinguishing mode for 1 hour. On any timer (telephone, microwave, etc.), I time it down to 48 minutes. When the timer signal sounds (and the extinguishing mode will still go on for 12 minutes), I open the lid of the multicooker, push apart the chicken pieces and insert the funchose nests.

  • With a silicone spatula, gently turn over and move the nests until they are evenly wet (this takes 1-2 minutes). You can break the nests, and then it will be much more convenient in the future to mix and eat. However, my husband is firmly convinced that the longer the vermicelli, the tastier it is. Therefore, I get it like this:

  • Then we close the lid of the multicooker (we have another 10 minutes) and go to set the table. After 10 minutes, the toon calls and we turn it off. Open the lid and mix gently. Funchoza completely absorbs all liquid. She herself does not have a pronounced taste and takes on the aroma of what it was cooked in or the sauce with which it is served. As a result, in the bowl it turns out like this:

No, not sharp. All flavors are mixed without the need to add oil and spices. I try to buy not spicy carrots. But I don't put onions at all. Bell pepper is a must! By the way, I don't add salt either!
