Fast Tomato Seafood Sauce (Philips 3134/00)

Ingredients

frozen seafood cocktail 500 g
tomatoes in their own juice "Pomito" 500 g
medium onion 1 PC.
garlic 3 cloves
olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
salt, provencal herbs taste

Cooking method

  • Pour boiling water over the sea cocktail to remove ice glaze.
  • Dice the onion, chop the garlic.
  • Turn on the Fry mode for 20 minutes, pour oil, put onions and garlic in it, fry for about 5 minutes, put a sea cocktail and pour over tomatoes. Season with salt and Provencal herbs.
  • Cook until the end of the program (during this time the tomato sauce will boil and the seafood will reach the desired condition).
  • Serve with rice or spaghetti.
