Carp in the oven

Ingredients

Carp 1 PC. (1.5kg)
Bulb onions 2 pcs. (large)
Parsley 1 bundle (large)
Butter 30 g
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Peel the carp, remove the gills, sprinkle with lemon juice if desired, rub with salt, pepper, leave for at least 30 minutes.
  • Cut the onion into half rings.
  • Line a baking sheet with foil, put 1/3 each onion and parsley. Parsley does not need to be cut, so it is more convenient to take it out later. Put the fish carcass on top. Put butter and 1/3 each onion and parsley inside. Top with the remaining onion and parsley.
  • Carp in the oven
  • Wrap the foil. Put the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 200C and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Next, carefully cut the foil and brown the top for 10 minutes.
  • Remove the parsley before serving.
  • Delicious!!!
