Ingredients

Fish fillet 700 g
peeled tomatoes 3-4 pcs
garlic 1 slice
water 1.25 l
rice 100 g
anchovies 2-3 pcs
ground black pepper
salt
fresh herbs

Cooking method

  • For this dish, both river and sea fish are suitable.
  • I have salmon and telapia.
  • Stralsund-style fish soup
  • Grate a saucepan with a clove of garlic, add oil and heat.
  • Cut the fish fillets and tomatoes into pieces, season with salt, pepper and fry in oil.
  • Add boiling water and rice.
  • Cook until rice is cooked. I cooked in St. Steba for 7 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, pour into plates, garnish with herbs.
  • Anchovies (I only had sprat) cut in half and put in the soup.
  • Delicious and fast!
