Ingredients

Fresh red cabbage 1.2KG
Lemon juice 1 PC.
Dry red wine 1 glass
Port wine 1 glass
Vinegar 1 tbsp. l.
Sugar 50 g
Lard or goose fat 100 g
Onion 2 pcs.
Honey 30 g
Cranberry 100 g
Oranges 3 pcs.
Apple 1 PC.
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Chop the cabbage into thin strips, salt and mix with the juice of one lemon, then its red color will become more intense.
