Pork with quince

Ingredients

quince 400gr
bulb onions 1 PC
salt taste
ground black pepper taste
sunflower oil on-demand

Cooking method

  • Cut the quince into slices, removing the seeds. Pour oil into a preheated pan, put quince slices and fry until golden brown, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
