The first time I cooked in the oven on a large baking sheet, as the smaller form was busy. And I put less apples and tomatoes - I just didn't remember exactly how many were needed. As a result, the pork turned out to be more fried and the vegetables too. The only thing I had to wash was the oven, because the fat was not splashing on the walls.
The second time I baked everything in the oven too, but in a smaller form with high sides, and I put a larger block and tomato (as in the recipe). This time, the vegetables turned out to be softer, as if stewed.
