Ingredients

Cooking method

  • 1. Steam the flakes with boiling water to make a porridge of medium steepness (not liquid and not tight like plasticine) to get a mass from which you can mold a bun. Leave on for 10 minutes.
  • 2. At this time, grind the meat (I took 50/50 turkey and chicken) and add finely chopped 1/2 or 1/4 onion, cream, one egg, salt, spices to taste and set aside for a while.
