Mushrooms 300 gr.
Onion 1-2 large onions
Tomatoes 400-500 gr.
Butter 40-50 gr.
Wheat flour 1 tbsp. l with a slide
Salt pepper taste
Greens any to taste

Cooking method

  • German appetizer, served hot with crispy bread toast.
  • Cut the mushrooms into slices. Melt the butter in a frying pan, put the mushrooms, fry for about 10 minutes. Cut the onion into half rings, add to the mushrooms, fry until the onion is golden
