Ingredients

Flour 500 g
Water + milk 200 g
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l

Salt 1.5 tsp

Cooking method

  • Heats the water (up to 36-38 ° C), add yeast, salt, sugar. We mix.
  • We measure out flour, butter, nuts.
  • We put everything in the bread maker, turn on the Dough mode (1.5 hours).
  • Following the kolobok.
  • At the end of the regime, we take out the dough from the HP and transfer it to the mold. We do the proofing for 30-40 minutes.
  • If there is a desire, grease the bread with an egg, sprinkle with chopped nuts.
  • And put it in preheated to 220 ° C for 15 minutes.
  • We reduce to 180 ° С and bake until tender.

But for 500 grams of wheat flour, you need about 330 ml. liquids.

In fact, we have:
- 200 ml. mixed liquid + vegetable oil 55 ml. = 255 ml. liquid liquid-thick (oil texture)
- and dry ingredients 500 grams of flour + 55 grams of nuts, which will draw off some of the liquid from the dough

There is clearly not enough liquid for such a fine crumb.
