Ingredients

apples 400 g
flour 3 tbsp. l
sugar 1 tbsp. l
eggs 2 pcs
beer or milk 80 ml
sour cream 1 tbsp. l.
rast. oil

Cooking method

  • A very simple and inexpensive recipe, but delicious nonetheless.
  • Peel and core the apples. Cut into slices or slices. If you cut the apples into circles, then the finished apples will look like donuts. My apples are small, so I cut them into slices 5 mm thick.
  • Separate the whites from the yolks and beat until firm. At the end, add a pinch of salt. While the mixer is working on the proteins, we beat the yolks with sugar, add sour cream, flour. Pour a little milk or beer into the dough and stir actively so that there are no lumps. And then we carefully introduce proteins.
  • We prick the apples on a fork, immerse them in batter and fry in vegetable oil. Excess fat can be removed with a tissue.

Time for preparing:

1 hour

Note

Fried apples are good both hot and cold. I like cold ones more, but they don't have time to cool down.
