Ingredients

eggplant 1
squash 1
bulb onions 1
Bulgarian pepper 2
tomato 2
greens (your favorite) 1 bundle
garlic 3-4 teeth
cheese (Mozzarela, Poshekhonsky, ..., any of your favorites) 200 g
salt pepper taste
vegetable oil 15-20 ml

Cooking method

  • Do you love vegetables the way I love them?
  • If so, now I will pamper you.
  • So,
  • take one zucchini, eggplant, large onion, 2 medium tomatoes and 2 bell peppers, and chop it all into thin slices.
  • Finely chop the herbs and garlic, rub the cheese on a coarse grater.
  • Pour some vegetable oil into a baking dish, and put vegetables in it in layers in the following order:
  • tomato
  • onion
  • Bell pepper
  • eggplant
  • zucchini
  • Salt a little to taste, and if the cheese is salty, you don't need to salt it at all, pepper it, sprinkle it with chopped herbs and garlic on top and lay out another row of tomatoes.
  • Sprinkle with grated cheese on top and put in the oven on the lower level for 40-50 minutes.
  • If your top is very hot, cover the casserole after 15 minutes with foil.
  • This casserole also works great in a multicooker on the bake program.

Time for preparing:

Note

For this casserole, the exact proportions of the products are not important - it turns out to be very tasty anyway.
It is simply not possible to spoil it!
And greens can be any. For example, I usually take dill, parsley and cilantro. Be careful with herbs.
Well, and garlic - you can take more, less, you can not take it at all. You can also eliminate any of the ingredients, such as courgette, or add something else, such as carrots.

But first, try to do everything according to the recipe in order to understand in which direction to experiment further.
In addition, this casserole is not at all critical to the method of preparation: it turns out great on the stove in a frying pan under the lid, in the oven, in the grill, in a bread maker - almost anywhere!
This time I baked it in a Redmond M-150 slow cooker on the "baking" program - don't fire up the oven in this heat!

But I somehow made it instead of eggplant with celery root - also very, very, very, very! Only it must be laid in a second or third layer and cut into quarters, otherwise it is painfully healthy.
By the way, turnips are also good.

I got it in sectors: cutala with a spatula and took out portions.
And if I need to put the casserole whole and beautifully on the dish, I tilt the bowl a little at first, pry it off the edge and, as it were, pull and push it on the side wall of the bowl, tilting it more and more - the casserole easily slides along the wall of the ceramic bowl, and from there - on dish.
