After the stove warmed up, the green light came on. Then it went out. I immediately measured the temperature - bottom 167, top 189 degrees. As soon as I closed the stove, it immediately started heating up again and pretty quickly the green light came on again.

long ago, on another site I found a recipe for eclairs (custard cakes) made very quickly in a microwave,
and today I finally decided to try it (I used to bake it according to my own recipes), and bake
I decided in our Princess and so I liked it !!!

You need for the test:
water - 100 ml
butter / margarine - 50 g
wheat flour. - 50 g
eggs of chickens. - 2-3 pcs
DO NOT CLOSE THE POT WITH A LID !!!
Put water + oil in a microwave oven in a glass saucepan for 2-3 minutes, until boiling.
Mix the sifted flour well into the liquid and put it in the microwave for 40 seconds.
Remove the saucepan, cool a little and add (stir in) one egg first into the flour mass,
then the second (etc.)as needed) until a viscous dough is obtained.
I baked in Princesse on slightly oiled baking paper. I took 2 eggs into the dough.
I spread it with a teaspoon with a large slide. This portion was enough for 1 bookmark for the Princess.
The plumpers are so bloated !!!

DO NOT OPEN THE PRINCESS FOR 30 MINUTES (no less), otherwise my handles are too strong itched
playful, and after opening the lid early, my beauties were a bit blown away
But delicious !!! I barely ate all the donuts! We must go to start the dough again!
Fast and easy, minimum labor and dirty dishes! I will bake longer, about 40 minutes.
