Description BORK S610
Time to enjoy natural juices ... from strawberries, tomatoes, watermelons and other fruits, vegetables and fruits! The BORK S610 juicer makes juice for you from your favorite products, preserving the maximum of useful substances and natural taste in each product. Moreover, you can use almost any product: both hard apples and soft peaches, plums, blueberries, raspberries, grapes. Imagine, BORK S610 even squeezes juice from wheat germ, soybeans, nuts. It's all about the special approach and accuracy. The juicer motor runs at low speeds - the texture of the products is preserved, the resulting juice does not heat up or oxidize, but goes straight into your glass.

BORK S610 is devoid of the classic drawbacks of screw juicers. Unlike a standard auger juicer, BORK S610 operates with a low noise level. In addition, its feed chute is wider than other devices, allowing many products to fit in their entirety. Due to the wide chute, the processing speed of products increases - you get more juice in less time. The device is easy to assemble, disassemble and clean from contamination. And the device is made of high-strength Ultem material - it can withstand heavy loads for many years - and retains its stability and beautiful appearance.
The sokopress is equipped with a wide loading chute, thanks to which the fruits can not be cut into pieces, but loaded whole, squeezing out more juice in less time.
Rotating at a low speed, the auger delicately compresses vegetables and fruits, while providing an output of almost dry cake. The filter mesh separates the juice from the pulp, seeds and skin of the fruit, and the silicone brush collects all the liquid from the walls to the last drop, ensuring exceptional juice quality and uniformity.
It is very convenient to experiment with new flavor combinations with the BORK S610 juice press: the “Drop-stop” function allows you to mix various components directly inside the device - fruit and vegetable juices, milk and other ingredients - saving time and taking up unnecessary dishes.
The high-tech low-speed sap press motor guarantees high spinning power without unnecessary noise. The working parts of the juice press are made of the unique high-strength Ultem plastic, which ensures many years of operation even in the most active use.

Class, Ir! Well done for opening a separate topic!
Now let's get personal impressions! I'll take notes!
kil
I got it. Well, what can I say, probably its biggest drawback is still the price.I really like everything else.
Here are my first reviews.

From +++
1. It is beautiful and compact enough (does not take up much space).
2. It is practically silent.
3. Very high juice yield compared to centrifugal ones.
4. You can use the whole day without disassembling, because you can rinse simply by pouring in a couple of glasses of water and drive them through the auger.
5. Perfect orange juice.
6. Perfectly squeezes out such problematic fruits and berries as black currants and raspberries, the yield of juice / jelly is more than 82%, while the cake is so dry that it falls apart into grains (of which it actually consists).
From ---
1. Price
2. A bit heavy.
3. It's too early for juices, I'll unsubscribe later.

Yesterday I made jelly from raspberries and black currants, the process took a few minutes, and I am just delighted with the result. Photos will be uploaded later and reports too.

Okay, I persuaded. Will wait!
I'll go whistle to Ksenia!
kil
Yesterday I took a bunch of photos, but at work I can’t load, and there’s always no time at home, so wait ...
In the description, the number of speeds is 2, in my opinion it is 1 speed, today I will take a closer look, maybe they encode the reverse so.

kil, Irin, an excellent aggregate !!! Juicer BORK S610 (Socopress) Congratulations!

First report.
The main juice is orange, it seems to me that everyone loves it, but what is sold in packages has absolutely nothing to do with real juice.
The test is 5+, the juice is excellent, even though the oranges were dry and not tasty, but in the juice they turned out sweet for some reason.

So, from two medium dry oranges weighing 430 grams, 330 grams of juice turned out - the rule is not bad, the outlet in the centrifuge is much smaller and the juice is just of a gorgeous structure.
The cake is dry (pastel will definitely not work).
kil
Song*, Thank you.
Elena Tim
Listen, really, dry ... I didn't really believe ... but still pleasantly surprised.
kil
Now the currants

Juicer BORK S610 (Socopress)
Juicer BORK S610 (Socopress)Juicer BORK S610 (Socopress) in this photo, the weight of the juice container is not taken into account (190 grams), the total juice yield is simply incredible 820 grams per 1 kg. berries and that's all in a matter of minutes.
And raspberries - (the weight of microns for berries is 150 gr. For juice 190 gr. Must be subtracted)

so with currants got juice or jelly? It's hard to see from the photo.

It turned out a thick juice, of course more like jelly, then I cooked it with sugar, and what else could be currant juice with such a yield. The photo clearly shows that the cake is absolutely dry and there are practically only seeds in it, after all, you ate black currant from it, a priori, you cannot get such a juice as from a watermelon, there is a lot of pectin and pulp. Raspberry juice is less thick, but also looks like jelly.
bukabuza
kil, Irina and how it behaves in terms of mass procurement. otherwise we have an eternal problem where to put the red currant. You can't rub so much juice by hand. Yes, and with apples, it is as good as it is, but also with tomatoes. And then I have been looking at augers for a long time, but I’m not sure what. The one for 50t. R. not to offer (I do not remember the name), to spend that kind of money to twist juice for a couple of months a year is pointless.
igorechek
I don't even want to look at the sites about the price. Bork - razvodilovo! People think they are buying an EXPENSIVE product from a quality manufacturer. Read carefully about this brand. Expensive for any quality. Even a barcode can tell about it. I can’t tell you everything, but I remember exactly the barcode 400-440 belongs to GERMANY. Which Korea? China COPIES famous brands with no quality, just like our planes and tanks ...
Mirabel
Irina. With your purchase! let it only please!

Irina. With your purchase! let it only please!
Let it pleases, just don’t run the equipment at a clearly overpriced price of questionable quality. It's like a KIRBI vacuum cleaner.Well, no need to provoke to buy a questionable quality for VERY big money. Honestly, make your guests laugh by showing Chinese equipment at prohibitive European prices.
And the fact that at first it will work is a fact. The first time ... I say. how I came across ... the technique of a Chinese manufacturer.
kil
igorechek, and what are you so nervous about, but personally I know everything about the Bork brand, and I found out exactly before buying at which plant they produce this juicer of mine with the Bork nameplate, and I will tell you at a very good plant in South Korea, a leader in this segment, and that its Korean version (Kuvings B6000PR) costs exactly the same, and then there's + with a guarantee and adaptation to our network.
bukabuza, I think about mass harvesting, it will not go for apples, well, it seems to me, because the juice does not stratify and remains not transparent, but I love transparent juice in winter, because I will make apples in a centrifuge (although the taste the output there is much worse, but the juice is stratified and transparent). Here for currants, raspberries, apricots, you can definitely twist at least 2 bags / buckets at once. And the apple after the first liter becomes thick, although I cannot say for sure yet, since the fact that I sting an apple can only be called conditionally, but when I test on good apples, I will eat. I have not tested tomatoes yet.
bukabuza
kil, thank you. I'll wait for the reports. And I always make apple juice in a juicer, I also make a Soviet one. And right now, with small cats, you can't really stand at the stove, so I'm looking for something to replace.
kil
bukabuza, well, the fact that in a juicer from apples it turns out that you can't call it juice at all, some kind of jelly, but black currant from a juicer turns out quite good.
bukabuza
kil, I don’t know, I’ve been doing it for so many years and it’s always cleverly transparent, but I’m only reworking Antonovka, maybe that's why. And delicious, but all this for a long time.
Rada-dms
Congratulations on your purchase! Let it serve longer for the joy of you and your family!
We also recently used a screw juicer, and this is my favorite device right now!
I chose only the horizontal one, although I suffered for a long time, read the reviews, wrote out comparisons on the juice yield. But in any case, the augers rule, the juice is so tasty that it's hard to believe, after all these packaged poor quality compotes. We never drank them.
With mine I have already figured out. But the info on Bork is very interesting (I need it for work)
If it's not difficult, then tell me, what time is indicated in the instructions for continuous operation, or in general for an infinitely long time? Just so that after your info (see below) people understand what they mean.
All day without disassembly or all day in time and without disassembly. For blanks, this is an important info

Quote: kil

4. You can use the whole day without disassembling, because you can rinse simply by pouring in a couple of glasses of water and drive them through the auger
And yet, I would like to look at the bottom of the housing for the auger and at the auger itself, the net after running berries or carrots with an apple. How much cake is left there, are there constructive depressions where the cake is driven? Some models have them, the quantity is usually not critical, but still I would like to know.
Well, tomatoes, the most critical product. I haven't used more than one on mine yet. If you make a lot of juice from tomatoes, then unsubscribe, if it's not difficult, what will be there at the exit? Does it make sense to drive it away, or will the cake be wet?
Rada-dms
igorechek, what are you, really !? Man already! bought!
Everyone knows everything about Bork for a long time, there are specials. sites by brand, whoever needs it, he will look. Bork, as a diversified firm, has good gadgets. I am silent about the price, here everything is also clear to everyone, but sometimes you have to pay for the desired design. If you don't like the thing outwardly, then, for example, I don't need it for nothing! Moreover, the juicer, which is always in sight! For some men, this is difficult to understand, do not be offended!

Recommended 30 minutes of continuous work, but during this time you can make so much juice, and so everything is as usual for any normal engine. I meant the whole day in time without disassembly, it's very convenient. In the morning I made juice and left for work, in the evening I arrived and again you can work with the juicer (while there is nothing stuck or dried up there). There is just a drop of cake at the bottom in the very channel for the exit. Then I take a picture. Large apples have to be cut, small apples are swallowed whole. Tomatoes are not very relevant for me, I usually make them in a harvester for "horseradish"
Juicer BORK S610 (Socopress)
either sweet sushi in the dryer

and I think a glass of juice will squeeze out without problems.

This squeezer is discussed on a site that (for me, for example) is quite trustworthy - this is ixbt.
And yes, indeed, this copy is "a real Nuc Kuvings Whole Slow Juicer in a Bork package".
With Bork, everything is very ambiguous, but in this case it is quite a bargain, again a quote from ixbt: "even cheaper than the European adapted similar juicers."

Irina, the right choice, congratulations!
By the way, the only thing that some squeezers have questions for is tomato juice (like, on the 3rd tomato it clogs ...).

I'll check and unsubscribe, just yesterday the first basin of tomatoes was removed.

kil, Blimey ! a whole basin! In the greenhouse ?! I have small and green ones hanging ..... however, this year I bought seedlings, now not in life, only I will grow my own!
The blanks are beautiful! Was it simply dried without processing? Since I have been making sun-dried in oil for a hundred years, but I have never dried it!

Not ..... in the open ground, and did not hide anything after disembarking, never once removed the remains, ate with such pleasure, OWN !!!
Juicer BORK S610 (Socopress)
Dried according to the recipe of Tanya Admin (only not adding soy sauce. In Temka about the dryer recipes.
Rada-dms
kil, yes, tomatoes are great! We left for two weeks, maybe that's why everything is growing so badly without leaving this year! And fertilized? I can imagine the taste of homemade juice !!!
kil
Rada-dms, no, I do not spray or fertilize, when laying the beds in early spring I poured out a bag of rotted horse "marmalade" and that's it. Including pure product.
kil
Rada-dms, I report on tomatoes, squeezes super, nothing clogs, I made 5 liters of juice at once, everything is fine, I closed cucumbers and tomatoes in my own juice in it.
In short for a month the use (every day) no complaints.
kil
I made feijoa, this is a fairy tale how tasty it turns out, and then I mixed the cake into the juice and added sugar, this delicious flew away immediately. I make oranges all the time, in short, my "girl" works every day. TTT does not jinx it.
bukabuza
Irina, how healthy, and I twist feihua through a meat grinder.
I really like this juicer, but not yet before it, but I plan to take it by the summer, at least I hope I will buy it.
kil
bukabuza, you will definitely buy, although now with our course the price is already going through all possible limits.
Elena Tim
Aaaaaaaaa! Irkaaaaa! Sari, what have I got !!!
Juicer BORK S610 (Socopress)
Timon dragged in the night! My gopher!
No, well, can you imagine, when this juicer cost 19tyr, I broke like a cheap gingerbread: "I just want it, I just don't want it ...", but as the price soared to thirty, I urgently needed it. Apparently, the previous price did not seem to me "serious" enough earlier!
And all the Little Sinister! As always, there is no living from her. I took it and made some kind of jelly, reminding me that "I haven't wanted a juicer for a long time." Well, I, really, let's want again, so much so that it is already unbearable to breathe.

Omitting the details of the most severe agony of choice, I can only say that I changed my decision THREE TIMES! In the end, unable to bear it, in the second hour of the night, Timon got ready and ... "went into the cold", that is, in M-Video!
Look, now I finally have a juicer! It's finished!
Fitted perfectly! Such a neat one, compared to a coffee machine and a microwave oven - finally a shmakodyavka!
Juicer BORK S610 (Socopress)
And if you deploy it "in profile", then it takes up very, very little space.
In general, I am satisfied - not to convey! So far, only apples, carrots, celery pressed, in the evening I am going to sing with pomegranate and grapefruit.
kil
Lenka ... sister ... congratulations I say, oh I'll make myself an orange fresh juice urgently ... but I still don't have a dough sheeter

TIMONU RESPECT AND RESPECT, CARE HIM ...

Elena Tim
Well, glory those appeared! And then Timon was already inquiring - Irk's idea ?!
Elena Tim
Quote: kil
and I still don't have a dough sheeter
And this, Ira, is very bad, very!
It is necessary to correct the situation somehow!

Wait, too, we will taste the grapefruit juice, I will write off my impressions later.
Oh, well, how I like that it practically does not need to be washed! So weird, cry a lot!
And this thing, for cleaning, into which a mesh filter is inserted - finally fly away! Twisted back and forth under running water and the mesh is clean! Fall away finally!
kil
And I didn't even take this thing out of the box for cleaning, I have a special toothbrush for these purposes always in the dryer, somehow it's more convenient for me and takes up little space.
Elena Tim
Quote: kil
And I didn't even take this thing out of the box for cleaning
Oh, magical thing, Irk! True, I only used it once, just for the sake of interest, and so far it was not required. The mesh is almost clean already at the stage of self-cleaning, when you pour water into the juice press, and then, without any brush, it is simply rinsed under running water.
Look, I can't figure out how does the mesh stay so clean here? Well, I remember that at the centrifuge - mamadaragaya, what's going on, it is completely clogged with fibers, but here nothing of the kind is observed. How so?
kil
I also don’t understand much, but the main thing is that it works. (Do not jinx TTT) In short, LenOk, I congratulate you again!
Elena Tim
Thank you my dear! If not for you, I probably would not have dared to buy a screw. And now I'm so glad, so glad!
