Ingredients

Cottage cheese 375 g
Eggs 2 pcs
Sugar 50-60 g
Semolina ~ 50 g
Apples in curd 2 small. Or 1 bol.

Oil sl. ~ 10 g
Sugar for caramel (preferably brown) 2-3 tsp with a slide
Water (I don't add) 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Our favorite "casserole".
  • And so, our baby is delicate, so let's start with caramelization). Lubricate the bowl with a piece of oil, leave what is left at the bottom. Sprinkle the bottom with sugar, preferably brown, then you get a beautiful golden color.
  • We turn on "Steam", peel the apples, cut into slices, and lay out as you like. At the very bottom, you can beautifully expand it, and throw the rest as it turns out on top. At this time, the sugar is already starting to bubble, close the lid! This is important, the apples will give steam and then the E3 error will not pop up. I once had this.
  • You can, of course, at the "Pastry", but it heats up longer there.
  • While our apples are caraming, we mix cottage cheese, sugar, eggs and semolina. I do it with a hand blender (foot). Peel the apples, rub on a coarse grater and mix with the curd mass (spoon). Now we spread this mixture on apples, which, if desired, can be sprinkled with sugar, cinnamon, a handful of raisins or other berries. We level and switch to the "Baking" mode. You can set the time 1:10, but I leave 1:20.
  • If you are near, then do not be alarmed, from time to time it can boil. Do not be alarmed, then all this liquid will be absorbed and will be very juicy.
  • After the end of baking, turn off the cartoon, the lid can be opened immediately, it's okay. But we let it stand in the bowl for a while so that our casserole does not fall apart when turned over.
  • Carefully remove it onto a plate, the caramel juice can burn your fingers. If your top has not had time to grab, then it may fall apart. Don't worry, just use a silicone spatula to put the pieces back in place. Well, that's all.

According to the recipe, caramel syrup is cooked separately, and then poured into a bowl. But I'm too lazy, so I make a simplified version without water.
