Chicken pasta salad

Ingredients

Chicken breast fillet 1 PC.
Young zucchini 1 PC. (700 g)
Pitted olives 100 g
Red onion 1 PC.
Olive oil 4st. l.
Thyme fresh 10 twigs
Pasta 3m. Art.
Salt to taste

Cooking method

  • 1m. Art. 160ml.
  • Boil the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package. I cooked for 3 minutes. Drain the water.
  • Grill the breast. I prepared the 70C sous vide for 4 hours. Cut into large pieces.
  • Peel the zucchini, cut lengthwise into thin strips.
  • Cut the onion into rings.
  • Fry the zucchini and onions on the grill.
  • To prepare the dressing: beat the butter with a blender with thyme leaves and salt.
  • Combine all ingredients, mix.
  • Serve warm.
