Ingredients

Flour 350 g
egg yolks 2 pcs
warm milk 140ml
butter 80g
sugar 3st. spoons
vanilla sugar 1 bag / 9g
dry yeast 10g
sweet milk for lubrication
powdered sugar
sugar 1 tsp
salt

Cooking method

  • 1h l sugar, yeast, mix and pour warm milk. Leave for 10 minutes.
  • Add sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt to the sifted flour, pour the dough, knead the dough. When the dough is difficult to knead, add soft butter, knead the dough. Cover with a towel and place in a warm place to rise, for about an hour and a half, until doubled.
  • I kneaded dumplings in a bread maker on the program. I added butter in the middle of the batch. The dough was also suitable in HP.
  • Roll out the dough about 1.5-2mm thick. Cut out circles with a diameter of 5 cm.

I cannot say that I am completely delighted with the taste of buns. For me, too much yeast and lacking some kind of rich taste. I'd like to add a teaspoon of finely grated lemon. But I am not strong in baking, especially yeast. Do you think it is possible?
