For Tiramisu (2-3 servings):
Madeleine 12 pcs.
Espresso coffee (I have Lungo) 70 ml
Mascarpone 150 gr.
Powdered sugar 50 gr.
Egg yolks 2 pcs.
Cocoa or dark chocolate powder 2 tbsp. l.

There are adaptations of the recipe, according to which cocoa powder is replaced with grated chocolate, savoyardi - biscuit, coffee impregnation - fruit or alcoholic (usually Marsala or Madeira), and in some variations tiramisu can resemble pudding or muffin.
  • I'm sure there are a lot of fans of this Italian dessert on our forum. I propose to cook another variation - with mini-Madeleines.

  • Bake mini-Madeleine:
  • Beat eggs with sugar until white.

  • Pour in the sifted flour mixed with baking powder in several steps, mixing thoroughly.
  • Add softened butter and milk and knead the dough.

  • Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
