Ingredients

smoked chicken breast or legs 1 PC
potatoes 2 pcs
bulb onions 1 PC
processed cheese I have amber 180 g
white bread croutons 100 g
salt 5 g

Cooking method

  • I love this soup for its quick preparation and original taste. Put chopped chicken (smoked) in cold water, I had one leg.
  • As the water boils, toss the diced potatoes. Fry the onions in vegetable oil, add salt to the soup. As the potatoes are boiled, put cheese in the soup. Sprinkle with herbs. Add croutons.

Irina, swim il thick, it seems to me for personal taste. And from cheese it will not be viscous, just the broth will be milky in color with a cheese flavor. I cooked for mine, children love it very much.
