Ingredients

Minced chicken 450-500gr

onion 2 pcs
tomato 1-2pcs

Cooking method

  • I would like to call the casserole "three potatoes", there are really three large potatoes and each has its own purpose. I grated one potato on a grater for Korean carrots and this is the base of the casserole, the second I just rubbed on a regular coarse grater and added to the minced meat, and the third I cut into slices and it turned out, as it were, the bottom base.
  • And so, I cut the onion, fried it in butter, cooled it and added it to the minced meat. She also added grated potatoes, salt, ground pepper, garlic, mixed well and divided the minced meat into two parts.
  • Grated cheese, cut the tomato into thin slices.
  • I greased the multicooker bowl well with butter (I put some more pieces of butter)
  • Put the Korean-style grated potatoes on the bottom of the bowl, slightly raising the edge on the sides of the bowl.

  • Put 1/2 of the cooked minced meat on the potatoes. Put the tomato slices beautifully on the minced meat (or whatever happens).

  • After cooking, remove the bowl from the multicooker, cool it for about 20 minutes and only then turn it onto a plate using a double boiler.

Anyway, it turned out watery, or the fish gave a lot of juice, or vegetables.Turning over, respectively, as you did with the basket of the steamer, did not work.
