Fresh cucumber 1 large
Green salad 1 handful
Nuts (macadamia or any of your choice) 1 handful

  • I offer a delicious summer soup that will both refresh and saturate your body in the heat. It will also be useful after sports.
  • Buying a pineapple in our conditions is always a "pig in a poke", as often there are simply savory ones, and they are well suited for this soup.
  • It is very easy to prepare the proposed smoothie! Put all the ingredients in a blender glass and mix well. A hand blender will work too.
  • -It is better to soak the nuts half an hour before cooking, but not necessarily.
  • -If you want to make the soup thinner, then add freshly squeezed pineapple juice or cucumber.
  • -Macadamia nuts are perfect for this recipe. Cashews are fine too, but the flavor will prevail in the soup. It is better to peel the almonds after soaking.
  • -Instead of capsicum hot pepper, you can put a little cayenne (as you like). I had Tabasco sauce added to my soup today (literally one drop).
  • -For children, pepper can be excluded!
