Cooking method

  • The recipe has been checked many times. Cook very quickly. Although I have been doing it for 2 years now, I am writing an exact recipe, because I love when proportions are respected




  • 1. Preheat email. oven up to 1800С, gas up to 1600C. Line a 20x20 cm baking sheet with baking paper.Melt the chocolate and butter together in a water bath (I do this in the microwave at 50% power) Today I used Dark "Journey" chocolate. To speed up the process, I melted the chocolate and butter in the microwave at 50% power for 1.5-2 minutes.


  • 2. Place flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Pour in the chocolate mixture and mix well (stir with a mixer at low speed). Add eggs and nuts and gently transfer (better to say, pour) onto a prepared baking sheet.


  • 3. Bake in the center of the oven for 25-30 minutes.

  • Then cut into pieces, transfer to a wire rack and leave to cool.


  • There is also the same recipe for baking in the microwave, but I have not tried it.


  • It turns out very tasty. My son is always involved in the preparation process so as not to miss the moment. When everything is ready, the main thing is not to be distracted, otherwise ... Maslenitsa (you may not have time to try)

Even I could not completely ruin these wonderful cakes! They have, however, burned out badly due to the lack of a more or less decent form in the house. (Baked in a frying pan, which is long overdue for retirement.) But they ate it anyway! And the main eater - the daughter - said: "You, mom, think about it and tell me which mold you should buy. Otherwise you want these cakes, but not burnt." So next time I will bake in normal shape and hopefully it will turn out quite well. But the recipe is just a miracle.
