soy sauce 3 tbsp. spoons
vinegar 9% 1 tbsp. the spoon
ginger root 4-5cm
star anise 2 stars
small garlic 1 head
vegetable oil
sugar 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • We sell peeled chicken legs, and if there are none, then the legs must be peeled off and the claws cut off. The feet should look like this before sewing.
  • Chicken feet in soy sauce
  • Boil the legs in slightly salted water for 15-20 minutes. Drain the broth, dry the legs. Heat oil in a frying pan and put the legs. This must be done carefully enough, since the legs "shoot". Fry until golden brown.
  • Peel the ginger, cut into thin strips, crush the garlic and finely chop, add sugar, star anise and pour over everything with soy sauce and vinegar. Pour the paws with the resulting sauce, stir. Let the sauce simmer for a couple of minutes.
