Ingredients

Any vegetables! I have:
Carrot
Zucchini
Leek
Bell pepper traffic light
Color broccoli,
brussels sprouts, asparagus
pods. beans, corn

Ginger 5 cm.

Soy sauce 3-4 tbsp. spoons
Sesame and peanut butter 1 tbsp. l.
Fresh herbs (dill, parsley) 2 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • A little about sesame and peanut oils. I highly recommend adding at least one of these oils a little at a time. Due to the fact that they are unrefined, when frying, they create a fragrant smoke, soaking vegetables and giving the taste of the dish a typical Asian flavor.
  • So, first you need to cut all the vegetables, because then there will be no time for this. If the vegetables are frozen, fill them with water, after 15-20 minutes they will thaw and you will need to gently squeeze them out. Cut carrots, peppers, zucchini and leeks into strips. Everything else is at your discretion.

  • Preheat the wok and pour in just a little rast. butter + a few drops of sesame and peanut, and over high heat, we begin to fry our vegetables in turn. By placing the finished batch in a large bowl or saucepan. The wok is very hot, so you can't leave vegetables unattended, they fry very quickly. You need to fry to such an extent that the vegetables are fried on the outside, and crunch a little inside, preserving their taste.
