Ingredients

mashed potatoes 500 gr.
minced meat 200 gr.
bulb onions 1 small head
salt and pepper taste
egg 1 - 2 pcs.
cheese 50 gr.

Cooking method

  • Boil potatoes. Add butter and milk and mash it.
  • Fry the onions until golden brown. Add minced meat to it and fry for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add the egg, pepper and salt to the cooled mashed potatoes to taste. Stir until smooth.

Note

The casserole is tender and crumbly. If you want a denser texture, add 2-3 tbsp to the mashed potatoes. l. flour.
