Ingredients

Rack of pork ribs 400 g
Red beans ½ measured. stack.
Potatoes 2 pcs
Beet 1 PC
Sauerkraut 2 tbsp. l.
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Garlic 2-3 tooth
Tomato paste 1 tbsp. l.
Pork fat (or vegetable oil) approximately
Fresh or dried herbs 1 handful
Bay leaf 2 pcs.
Salt, ground pepper to taste

Cooking method

Note

The Zigmund & Shtain MC-D31 multicooker uses 3D heating technology. As I understand it, the borscht will not boil away and will not run away, because it warms up evenly from below, from the sides and from above. I bought a gadget recently, but so far nothing has boiled away :)

In MC-D31, in the Simmer program, the 1st hour of cooking occurs at 45, the 2nd at 65, the 3rd at 85, and the remaining 2 hours of the program at 95.

Red beans, you must first soak in cold water for a day, then boil it, drain the water, this removes the toxic substances found in red beans, they are not in white beans.
